Choose page contentThe eLicenser Control Center is a utility that allows for managing music software licenses by a variety of manufacturers.
Via the eLicenser Control Center licenses can be downloaded and stored on a USB-eLicenser (dongle, license key) or in a Soft-eLicenser (virtual license container on hard disk). Many licenses can also be transferred to other eLicensers via the eLicenser Control Center. Possible license transactions depend on the respective software and license.
Operation & Support

Download the latest eLicenser Control Center
Most issues with Soft-eLicensers or USB-eLicensers, activation codes and licenses can easily be solved by installing the latest eLicenser Control Center.
After the installation, please open the eLicenser Control Center and apply the 'Maintenance & Online Synchronisation' by clicking on 'Perform Maintenance Tasks' (or click on the 'Maintenance' button if not shown).

Downloads for older operating systems
After the installation of an older version of the eLicenser Control Center, it is recommended to open the program and apply the 'Maintenance & Online Synchronisation' by clicking on 'Perform Maintenance Tasks' (or click on the 'Maintenance' button at the top right if not shown). Among others, this will update the license database, which might be required for the detection of newer licenses.

Problem
When starting Cubase, an error message pops up, referring to the missing file 'SYNSOACC.DLL'.
Solution
1. Please uninstall the eLicenser Control Center via the Control Panel of Windows.
2. Install the current version of the eLicenser Control Center.
